INCOSE Healthcare Working Group Overview
The healthcare WG purpose is to employ systems engineering principles in the healthcare domain. INCOSE has promoted non-defense and aerospace domains over the last few years, and this working group has been successful in creating a community that attracts physicians, nurses, and engineers working in the healthcare area.

They maintain an active engagement with the INCOSE structure, and have annual conferences that attract a good set of speakers. The next HWG conference will be held 26-28 April 2022 in Minneapolis/Saint Paul, Minnesota, and is scheduled to be a live event. The call for papers is active through February 1, and more information can be found at: https://www.incose.org/hwg-conference. The previous years in Minneapolis was located in a convenient location nearby the Mall of America, and was accessible by the extensive public transportation, so no car rental is necessary – you can leave the airport and get to the hotel via the light rail. Downtown restaurants and sporting events are also accessible by the light rail, and is easy to use.
