Clinton Hilliard, CSEP

Programs 2020 -2022

A continuous member of the Chesapeake Chapter since receiving his CSEP in 2012, Mr. Hilliard has been an active participant in the Chapter’s youth outreach efforts. Mr. Hilliard holds an MS degree from The Indiana University of PA in Physics, and also an MS degree from The Strayer University in Information Systems. He has over 25 years experience working in systems and process engineering. During his early career he worked nine years as a process quality control engineer where he led the optical and electrical inspection efforts for a microelectronics fabrication plant in Maryland. He has spent his past 16 years working as a systems engineering consultant for CACI Inc. supporting the development efforts on a variety of enterprise scale information systems for federal clients.
