Jennifer Rainey, CSEP

Ms. Rainey has worked at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory for 16 years in the field of model based systems engineering. She leads teams in developing enterprise architectures for Department of Defense (DoD) sponsors.
Prior to joining the laboratory, Jennifer worked as a systems engineer for a major defense contractor supporting DoD, other Federal agencies, and local governments.
Ms. Rainey has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Washington State University, an M.E. in Environmental Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, and a Professional Certificate in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
She is a member of INCOSE and the American Indian Science and Engineering Society (AISES). She is an INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional and is OCSMP Certified at the Model Builder – Fundamental level. In addition, Ms. Rainey serves as an instructor for the Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering.
