Paul Martin, ESEP, CTT+, SMIEEE, has served on previous Board of Directors as Programs Director (2009 -2010) and Communications Officer (2011 -2012).
Paul is a practicing Systems Engineer with over 35 years of experience. He’s been everything from a Product Engineer for General Electric Products Division to a Software Systems Engineer for a multi-million dollar Navy program. For the past 12 years he’s been an Adjunct Professor in the UMBC College of Engineering and Information Technology, Systems Engineering Graduate Programs where he developed and teaches two courses: (1) SYST 663: System Implementation, Integration, and Test and (2) SYST 673: Advanced Systems Engineering Processes. Back in 2009 he developed an INCOSE SEP Exam Preparation Course and has taught it to several hundred students. He also has an online business, SE Scholar <www.se-scholar.com>, to promote the course. He has a Master of Science in Systems Engineering along with a Certificate in Software Systems Engineering from George Mason University, VA and a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering from Widener University, PA
