Leveraging the power of Industrial DevOps for Cyber-Physical Systems

Presentation Abstract:

The advantages of integrating Lean Agile and DevOps practices into cyber-physical systems, which encompass software, hardware, and firmware, are gaining increasing recognition. These strategies, known as Industrial DevOps (IDO), enhance the responsiveness and adaptability of cyber-physical system development, while streamlining lead times. For some, these principles may resonate with your current ways of working, reflecting familiar practices that unlock potential and accelerate results. For others, they may represent a mindset shift in creating teams that leverage everyone’s talents to deliver value in the shortest sustainable lead time. Dr. Johnson will discuss the implementation of Industrial DevOps practices spanning the entire value chain from development to operations, while highlighting the benefits obtained across industries to cyber-physical systems, promising even greater outcomes in product delivery.
